PHASE 3 - By 5PM Friday, January 17

PHASE 4 - After January 17

  1. Synchronous - Individual librarians work with each other to coordinate observing/being observed in the session(s). This includes discussing before the session what the observee would like the observer to focus on as well as a post-class de-briefing to discuss the observation. Optional: Use the Peer Observation Form OR the Equity Review version of the Peer Observation Form
  2. Asynchronous - Individual librarians work with each other to coordinate the review. Unlike in-person teaching, you may have different things you’d like reviewed. It may be helpful to use the Quality Matters rubric to guide the review.
