If you want to import references into an EndNote library from Google Scholar or My NCBI, follow the steps below:

How to pull plain text citations (from a PDF or Word document) into an EndNote library.
The results will show proposed matches for your citations, and what it thinks is correct is in yellow. Make sure the correct ones are selected and download all selected citations. Next, open the file to import into EndNote.
Once the citations are in EndNote, it is a good idea to “find reference updates,” which will add additional information to the citation records if available.
