As an IU student, you have access to many different kinds of software for free or at a deep discount, including Microsoft PowerPoint. Just click on the following link which will take you to the website for IUware.

From here you can either browse the software options to download to your computer, or you can select IUanyWare, which will allow you to stream a program to your device. IUware has Microsoft Office 2010, 2011, and 2013 available for download.

You must log in using your student username and password to access IUware.

Bumbling with your technology during your presentation or not using its features to the best advantage will detract from your presentation and in turn all the work you spent researching and preparing. You can avoid this mis-step by attending (in person or virtual) training and workshop sessions.

As an IU student, you also have access to free IT training sessions given by University Information Technology Services. By clicking the link below, you can browse through the different types of sessions offered, including PowerPoint training sessions.

To select these sessions, you will need to select "Microsoft" in the menu on the left, then once that expands, select "PowerPoint". This will show you all of the IT training sessions on PowerPoint at IU campuses in Bloomington, Indianapolis, Columbus and online. You can further limit the results to only show particular campuses and dates, if you would like.

If you do not see a training or workshop sesson you are interested in right now, be sure to check back periodically since the sessions are constantly updated throughout the year!
