Completion of Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Training is required if you are performing research on humans or animals. Training requirements vary depending on the type of research you are involved in.

For residents with research that is currently focused on basic science, but have a goal to move from "bench-to-bedside and/or from "bedside-to-community", the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) has a number of resources to assist all IUSM researchers through the process of translating research into health care advances.
