The library conducted an online survey of all Indiana University School of Dentistry students, faculty and staff which ran in Spring 2015 using the web-based survey management platform, Qualtrics. The anonymous survey consisted of one demographic question and 19 content questions. Questions measured patron library space and facility use, knowledge of and desire for library services and resources, technology usage and perceptions as well as overall negative and positive impressions and suggestions for improvement.
