Access Services Team

In addition to managing the building and coordinating emergency response for the library, Access Services Team members provide user support at University Library's main Service & Information Desk, offering circulation, stacks maintenance and shelving, billing, security, reserves, disability services, and printing and photocopying assistance.

In the event of an emergency, Access Services personnel will share information over the library PA system. They also liaise with first responders on behalf of the library.

If during an emergency evacuation, you learn of a person who is unable to exit the building, please seek out a first responder or a member of the Access Services team--you will know them by their name tags or they may be carrying a walkie talkie, to let them know where that person is waiting for assistance.
