Information for IU Fort Wayne students and faculty to access full text of electronic articles
- Access the subject specific database/s needed using Databases link or ___ Research Guide.
- Authenticate using yout IU username and passphrase
- Search for article/s
- Click on the ‘Find It’ button of resource
From the ‘Find It’ button, you have two primary options:
First option:
- You can immediately get direct access to the full-text .pdf of articles that we currently own electronically by clicking on the ‘Article’ link (image below).
- Then click on ‘pdf’ in what opens:

Second option:
- But, if the 'Find It' button does not direct you to a page that includes the 'Article' link, then Interlibrary loan which only is available to IUI affiliates is needed. This is because we don’t currently own the electronic resource.
- Therefore, if you don’t see the Article link after you click on Find It.you will need to access the resource using Interlibrary Loan via PFW Helmke Library.
PFW stakeholders Interlibrary loan requests need to be made through Helmke Library in Fort Wayne.
