Librarian Annual Review Critieria
The criteria that librarians are reviewed on every year.
Librarian P&T Criteria
The criteria that librarians are evaluated against for promotion and tenure. This is normally at the 5th year after starting at IUI. Librarians are not expected to meet this criteria every year, rather the body of their work builds to meet this criteria by the time they submit their dossier for promotion and tenure.

For promotion & tenure, librarians' primary area of evaluation (~70%) is performance (aka their job description). Librarians then choose a secondary area (either professional development, research, creative activity OR service) and then their tertiary area is the other not chosen as secondary.
